AEHDA and ABAADE Network Sign MoU with MENTEE Global
15 Member Organizations Endorse Strategic Partnership Focused on Afghan Women and Youth

Kabul – The Afghanistan Educational and Health Development Aids Organization (AEHDA), in its capacity as the lead organization of the ABAADE NGOs & CSOs Network, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MENTEE Global, an international non-governmental organization committed to development, mentorship, and mental health.
The MoU, covering the period 2025 to 2028, was formally endorsed by 15 member organizations of the ABAADE Network. This strategic agreement aims to promote capacity-building, mentorship, education, mental health support, and resource mobilization across Afghanistan, with a strong emphasis on empowering women and youth.
Speaking at the signing, Dr. Balqis, Coordinator of the ABAADE NGOs & CSOs Network, stated:
“This partnership with MENTEE Global is a milestone for Afghan civil society. Together, we will strengthen our collective impact, particularly in areas that matter most—supporting youth, advancing women’s rights, and addressing mental health needs.”
The MoU outlines a framework of cooperation based on ethical standards, transparency, mutual respect, and shared goals. AEHDA and its partner organizations are committed to ensuring the successful implementation of this agreement and fostering sustainable development throughout the country.
MENTEE Global expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, recognizing the ABAADE Network as a trusted platform for impactful collaboration in Afghanistan’s challenging socio-political environment.
This new alliance is expected to unlock greater opportunities for local organizations and drive meaningful change in the lives of vulnerable communities across the country.
